How is Silver taken?

Others routes of administration, such as topical, should be repeated every few hours, in order to keep the silver in constant contact with the pathogens. When taken orally the silver solution is absorbed from the mouth into the bloodstream and transported quickly to the body's cells. Swishing the solution under the tongue briefly before swallowing increases the rate of absorption.
Dosages of silver can vary, but generally one teaspoon once a day or two teaspoons every other day is an adequate amount. Benefits begin to appear in as little as six hours, or may be delayed for three or four days.
