Network marketing training:
Learn how to work at home in your own home based business,
or work from home in a network marketing or MLM multi level marketing home business opportunity.
This presentation by Dr. Charles King and Mr. Tim Sales is a very "animated" discussion and will explain exactly what MLM is and what MLM isn't. It's the best explanation I've heard on the subject.

Multi-level marketing is a system of selling in which you
sign up other people to assist you, and they, in turn, recruit others to help
them. Some entrepreneurs have built successful companies on this concept because
the main focus of their activities is their product and product sales.
However, there are many multi-level distributorship schemes
that are nothing more than sophisticated chain letters. They operate as a
"pyramid," claiming participants can earn lots of money by
concentrating most, if not all, of their efforts on recruiting distributors
rather than selling a product.
The success of a pyramid distributorship for each and every
distributor depends on continuously getting additional people to join the
pyramid. However, there is a practical limit to how many distributors can be
found and to how many product units they can sell or use.
Furthermore, you cannot control the efforts of the
individuals under you to any significant degree. Many of them will have no real
commitment to the program. They may have been high-pressured, just like you, to
become a distributor.
Fraudulent pyramid schemes typically violate the Postal
Lottery Statute (Title 18, United States Code, Section 1302). They contain all
three elements of a lottery: prize (expectation of monetary or other gain from
participation in the pyramid); chance (the monetary return you may receive from
your participation is entirely up to chance, that is, dependent on the efforts
of those below you in the pyramid), and consideration (the fee you pay to become
a distributor). Frequently, the entrance fee into the pyramid is very high. In
many cases, the money spent for such an entrance fee can often be considered
lost the moment you pay.
To protect yourself against falling victim to a multi-level
marketing scheme, note whether the basis of the promotion is the sale of a
product at the retail level, as opposed to an emphasis on recruiting more and
more distributors to help you increase your income.
There is no easy way to wealth. A multi-level marketing
scheme is no exception, other than perhaps for the promoter who originates it
and receives the large fees from unsuspecting victims. If you do fall victim to
a multi-level marketing scheme, please contact your local postmaster or Postal
Inspector.

The concept of Mult-level marketing has been around for over fifty years.
There are many excellent companies distributing many excellent products through
a multi-level distributor structure. But just as in any thing, there are
good ones and bad ones, too. Likewise in the field of Alternative
Medicine, there are hundreds of choices available -- some good and some not so
good.
If you are a network marketer, then you probably understand the self effacing humor of the URL:
mlmAnonymous.com.
Perhaps you know exactly what I mean if you ever had to jump from one program to another.
Perhaps you are at the proverbial crossroads of failure and success.
Multi-level marketing is a great concept. No doubt about it. Where else can the little guy start with next to nothing and make it big. Really big, if he really wants to. And then there are the friendships developed through pursuing a common goal and developing one's personal potential along the way. There's the many innovative products that have been introduced through MLM. There's the feeling that we're really a part of something great. But there's also the downside. It's like a gambler's addiction. I'm sure you've heard by now that MLM stands for Mostly Losing Money.
If you came to this site because of the peculiar URL,
mlmAnonymous.com,. thinking that perhaps this would be a twelve-step program to get out of MLM, then I'm sorry to disappoint you. I chose it because I'm making fun of myself for being involved in
various MLM companies at the same time. I guess if I have to explain the joke, then it looses its punch.
If a twelve-step program is what you're looking for, I do provide a link in the Resources Section to Gamblers Anonymous or you can click here to read my suggested 12-step prayer for MLM Anonymous.
Personally, I believe in this industry. If nothing else, it gives me hope. In the moral sense, Hope is a divine virtue by which we firmly believe and trust that God will give us eternal life and the means to obtain it. Simply put, it is the trust that God will provide. But, virtue is something we practice. It is something we do. It is a striving for excellence.
So, is success in MLM just a matter of finding the right niche?
Did you ever feel that if you could just find the right thing especially suited to your talents and abilities, then you would be successful?
It's called Multi-level for good reasons. It works on different levels for different people.
First and foremost, the products must be a good value to the end consumer. Would you buy these products even if there were no business opportunity aspect attached to it?
Secondly, are the products something that you would tell others about?
Thirdly, and I think this is the point that most people miss, could you make a living just selling the products retail?
In today's environment, we have to now ask, is this something that can be done on-line?
There is no real secret to selling on-line. E-commerce boils down to three basic elements:
You must have a product that sells.
It must be a "real" product that solves real problems for real people.
You need a fully functional web site that sells.
You need to drive the right people to your website.
That's the real trick, isn't it?
And lastly, we have to ask if this is something that would appeal to the CEO executive. If you were looking to build a business, would this be an appropriate vehicle to do so?
We can find our niche.
Many MLMers are in it for the money pure and simple.
Why?
Let's address the greed issue.
I remember the first question asked by the professor in Economics 101? "What is money?" he asked. That's a stupid question and boy is this going to be a stupid class! I remember all the rich kids in the class pulled out a dollar bill and said, "This is money."
Some years later I became friends with a very old man. I met him when he was 97. He once told me that the best definition of money was told to him by a man standing in a bread line during the Great Depression of 1930. The man told him, "Money is a receipt for labor." Dr. Simmons went on to explain that everything in life is God-given. We only add our labor. He said if we want to buy an automobile, for example, we first have to dig the iron ore, and the coal, and what we pay for when we purchase the automobile is not the machine, but the labor it took to produce that machine.
I think you get the point.
But why do I ask? What does this have to do with MLM? Because if money is a receipt for labor, then there is a lot of work that needs to be done!
I found that most MLMers are somewhat altruistic. We seem to be pursuing a higher ideal and see our "little business" as a means to achieve a higher goal. You know what that is for you. You probably already have written down your goal and know what you are looking to achieve.
If you are looking for a way to make money just for the sake of making money, then this may not be the place for you. You see the pursuit of money just for its own sake can become a god. But, if you are looking for a nice way to make some extra money as a means to an end, then you can keep things in their proper perspective.
I ask you these questions up front because I want you to be thinking of the reasons why you're looking to make some real money for a change.
Are you just tired of your job?
There is dignity in work and there's a lot to be said for a regular paycheck. But really there has to be a better way. Let's face it -- most jobs today are not, shall we say, family friendly. And besides, if you really had the wherewithal, what would you do? That is your motivation. That is your why. Only you can answer that.
Is MLM the answer?
There are lots and lots of ways of making lots and lots of money. I'm sure you tried a few. The trick is finding what's right for you.
I'm sure you've heard that if you have your health, you have everything. It certainly is true. But that ain't always so easy either. The search for the right health answers can be difficult to put it mildly.
I have faced some very serious health challenges in my family that conventional medicine could not adequately address. My search for proper health answers led me to three very unique multi-level marketing companies.
The concept of Multi-level marketing has been around for over fifty years. There are many excellent companies distributing many excellent products through a multi-level distributor structure. But just as in any thing, there are good ones and bad ones, too. Likewise in the field of Alternative Medicine, there are hundreds of choices available -- some good and some not so good.
But the real question is how do you do this business?
Well, I can show you how and provide you with a simple system to accomplish your goals. Sure it will take some work. But, I'll let you in on a secret to success in MLM. It is easier to make money quickly in MLM than it is to make money slowly in MLM.
Actually, were getting ahead of ourselves.
Multi-level marketing or network marketing is a system designed to deliver goods and services to market. You can't sell something you don't believe in. So, I invite you to first do your due diligence and
then, if and only if you are interested in the products should you pursue this further.
So, I hope that by now you have not been turned off from the three Alternative
modalities I suggest just because the companies distribute their products
through multi-level marketing. You do not have to participate in the
business aspect of any of them unless you choose to do so.
In any event, I hope that you have found my suggestions useful in your search
for answers to your problems, whatever they may be.
